DéfiPlanet 'is open all year round? DéfiPlanet 'is open 7 days a week: Continuous opening from 03/02/2017 to 01/01/2018 inclusive. Please note that the site is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in March and on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in September, October, November and December, excluding school holidays.
Is the entrance to Domaine de DéfiPlanet 'payable? You can walk freely and free of charge on our estate. Admission to the theme park and other activities are subject to a fee
How many kilometers from Poitiers and Futuroscope is DéfiPlanet '? We are located 35km from the Futuroscope and 25km to the South East of Poitiers (less than 30 minutes).
Can I access DéfiPlanet 'without a car? You can use bus line 105 from the train station of Poitiers. The bus stops at the town hall of Dienné, 1.4 km from the Domaine. Click here for timetables. On July-August, a shuttle is available from Saturday to Sunday. The departure is from the train station of Poitiers and the arrival on the site DéfiPlanet '. It is also possible to take a taxi.
At what time can we be welcomed? You can collect the keys of your accommodation from 16h00, until 19h00 (20h in high season). You can however arrive earlier in the day to enjoy the Domaine and the activities offered. However, if you plan to arrive after 19:00, please contact us before 19:00 to 05.49.45.87.63 so that we can explain how to collect your keys.
DéfiPlanet 'accessible for people with reduced mobility? We can accommodate people with reduced mobility in two Farfadet Houses, the Gite 6 people, a wooden chalet for 6 people, a Yurt Isba but also at the campsite. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking. The reception rooms, sanitary facilities and DéfiPlanet 'Le Parc are also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Where can I park my car? For your comfort, several car parks are at your disposal in the Domaine, near the accommodation.
What are the accepted payment methods? You can pay by credit card, transfer, check or holiday checks, tickets restaurants (restaurant only).
Is there an on-site ATM? There is no cash dispenser at DéfiPlanet ', the nearest is in Lussac les Châteaux or Nieul L'Espoir (12-16 km).
Are pets accepted at DéfiPlanet 'and in the accommodation? Yes Pets are allowed at DéfiPlanet ', with supplement of 8.00 € per stay in the accommodation. They are not admitted in DéfiPlanet 'the Parc. It is possible to welcome your pets in our pensions (by the day or the whole stay) to enjoy the activities freely.
