DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

As part of its development, SAS DéfiPlanet 'recruits a Manager in tourist establishments with knowledge of building and cleanliness, within its 4-star Residential Leisure Park.

You will have the task of creating the organization, management and supervision of the maintenance service, respecting the legislation applied to the 4-star PRL, while respecting the quality procedures of the company.

You will guarantee the cleanliness of accommodation, common areas, maintenance and green spaces throughout the site, and you will meet the demands of the various DéfiPlanet 'services (accommodation, events, etc.) and work.

You will be the guarantor of the budget of the service and you will manage and train a team of 10 to 15 people (according to the seasonality) of which you will have to manage the schedules according to the legislation in force.

Frequent work on weekends.

Manager with a cleanliness training or building would be a plus.
