Come and spend an unusual weekend near Poitiers in the Vienne and discover a unique accommodation, cozy and with all the comforts: our snail house overlooking the domain this vacation rental will take you out of your daily life. With its comfort and ergonomics, you will find inside, two bedrooms with the possibility of a third night space in the living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether it is with family, friends or for a romantic stay, this house is the perfect idea for a fun and relaxing vacation.
Located on our 50 hectare park, surrounded by animals and nature, our snail house will fill you with happiness. You will be able to organize a big hide-and-seek inside the house with your family or friends, spend whole afternoons playing board games, or simply take advantage of the outside to relax in the middle of nature. You will enjoy all its comfort but also all the services that the domain offers such as activities, a theme park, a restaurant area with different unusual thematic restaurants and two swimming pools (one covered and heated and one outside).

The price includes
The rental of a Snail House
Bed linen, blankets, pillows
A coffee machine Senseo (Remember to bring your own pods!)
A hygiene kit (1 dishcloth, 1 washing-up liquid, 1 sponge, 1 garbage bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tablets)
Access to the swimming pools, one of which is covered and heated to 27°C all year round
Baby bed and high chair (upon reservation)
Access to children’s playgrounds, outdoor fitness, hiking trails, petanque and beach volleyball courts
The price does not include
Breakfast, served in a box in front of your accommodation (to be reserved before your arrival: 7.90€/child up to 12 years old and 11.40€/adult);
Tourist tax of 0.55€/night from 18 years old;
Cleaning at the end of the stay (possibility of taking a cleaning option at 40€);
The different activities, equestrian, leisure and sports activities;
Cancellation insurance which covers you in 95% of the cases.

Please note
Check in are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and the keys are handed over between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. For any arrival after 7:00 pm, please inform us;
Check out are between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. For any departure before 9:00 am, please inform us;
You can enjoy the Domaine and our activities from the morning of your arrival and after the handing over of the keys on the day of your departure;
The double beds are already made on arrival. The sheets of the single beds are put on the beds;
For security reasons, smoking is not allowed in the Escargot House;
Our snail House is heated;
The rental of the accommodation is by reservation only;
We advise you to book in advance the desired activities as well as the meals in our restaurant.
